Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Bob Howard is dead

Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Army ret. Col. Bob Howard has passed away @ the age of 70 from cancer. NBC News Anchor Brian Williams paid tribute to Col. Howard during the 6 p.m. Nightly News edition, Wednesday, December 23rd. He was a personal friend of Brian Williams.
