31 Days of fasting and praying

1^ST Week:

Monday, January1^ST. – Saturday, January 6^TH  

Instructions:

*Fasting starts fasting @ 12 Midnight until 4 p.m. each day

*During these hours you cannot eat or drink the items that are listed below  Nor can you eat or drink any foods that contain the items below::

*During these hours you can only pray, read your Bible, Watch Gospel programs & the News.You may drink water or 100% juice only.If you take daily medications, please call, E-Mail or text for special instructions

*From 4 p.m. to midnight,You only can eat what is not on the list:

* These things come by fasting and praying. We do not take an offering, but we are asking you sow a free will  $31.00 Seed as a form of 1st fruits and tithing. This is our 21st year You may sow your seed to the P,O.Box listed above. *Once an item has been removed you cannot go back to it until Feb.1st if you so desire.

1^ST  Week:

Removal:Monday, January 1st-Saturday- January 6th, No sugar/no salt/no Cheese, Walk once per week not less than 30 minutes. Do 10 Leg lifts all four sides once per week

 2^ND  Week: Removal, Sunday January 7th - Saturday, January 13th

No Rice & Walk once per week  not less that 60 minutes, Do 20 Leg Lifts all four sides once per week

3rd  Week: Removal Sunday, January 14th- Saturda, January 20th
