City Councilwoman Delicia Herrera hosted her District 6 2009 Budget Hearing @ the Northside Activity Center Monday, August 25th. City Mgr. Sheryl Sculley addressed the crowd as well as Police chief Bill Mcmanus & Walker Report Publisher & former Balcones Heights Councilman Steve Walker who spoke in behalf of Benevolence Works, a non-profit Social Security payee program for the homeless.
