Rains hamper turnout at Woodlawn Lake

Rains are dampering the 4th of July celebration at Woodlawn Lake. Raining a good part of the day, by 3:30 p.m. there was not much of a turnout other than the vendors.Hopefully it will clear up for the night time fireworks.
