Rain hits Pride Fest, clears, then draws crowd

The Annual Gay Pride Fest got off to a slow start, Sunday, July 1st as the rains came down, putting a damper on the event for a couple of hours before the sky cleared enough to draw the crowd to the event and the anticipated parade.
