Radnofsky climbing the polls as Hutchison declines

It's no coincidence that the latest Zogby poll showing another four point drop by our opponent (now at 52%) makes this a horse race in everyone's eyes. Dallas Morning News and Austin American-Statesman reporters elicited a “yes” from the Hutchison campaign and from the candidate herself committing to "debating in the fall," according to Gromer Jeffers in yesterday's Dallas Morning News.

An interview by the Austin American-Statesman elicited a “yes” from Barbara Ann’s opponent, who has finally agreed to a fall debate. (fall starts Sept. 23, and all three senatorial candidates are scheduled to be in Dallas on September 29)

We’ll keep you posted as the fall date prior to early voting and location are confirmed. This debate will be the first time that Barbara Ann’s opponent has had to defend her voting record in an unscripted debate.
