I was the Chairman of the Bexar County Democratic Party from 2000-2004 and served on the North East Board of Trustees from 1995-2005. I am proud to be affiliated with the Law Office of Pat Maloney (of Counsel), a great law firm specializing in personal injury litigation throughout the state of Texas.
As a lawyer, I have litigated at all levels of court, including the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.I have been quoted in local, state and national newspapers and magazines, including the Washington Post, the New York Times, the L.A. Times, and others.
I have been interviewed by CNN during the 2000 Florida Re-Count, Fox News during the 2004 National Guard controversy involving President George W. Bush, and other national news organizations including, but not limited to, ABC Evening News, NBC Nightly News, CBS Evening News, as well as cable news programs such as the Dan Abram's Report.
