Former Veteran's Agent addresses Commissioners Court, 12-4

 Former Veteran's Coordinator Queta Rodriguez addresses Commissioners Court who recently relieved her of her duties to expedite claims for Veterans in obtaining disability benefits. She has been replaced with a woman, it is reported, who needs extensive training while Veterans await to find out when they will qualify for disability.
