It's a hot-button issue that has divided many Texas communities: the law that bans sanctuary cities in the state of Texas. It's known as Senate Bill 4, or the Sanctuary Cities law.

While many are in favor of the new law, many communities, including San Antonio and Austin, are joining a lawsuit against the state to stop the law from taking effect in September.
