This is to inform you that Bexar County Sheriff-Elect Javier Salazar has been working with Bexar County Commissioners Court, the County Manager, and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Bexar County on your behalf to ensure a smooth transition.
The following resolution will be going before Commissioners Court at the Commissioner Court Work Session set for December 23rd: “Discussion and appropriate action regarding a request from the Sheriff’s Office to authorize 15,198 hours of paid overtime to uniformed Detention Officers for mandatory overtime worked between January 2017 & March 2017.”
