Dr. Ricardo Romo Bibliotech Ribbon Cutting
at Gardens of San Juan 
Saturday, July 25th @ 10:30 a.m.

The Dr. Ricardo Romo BiblioTech is set to open on Saturday, July 25th at 10:30 a.m. at the Gardens of San Juan public housing project at 2003 Zarzamora.  

Featured speakers include County Judge Nelson W. Wolff and County Commissioner Paul Elizondo.  The Honorable Julián Castro will be a featured guest.  This BiblioTech branch library will be named after Dr. Ricardo Romo, President of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

BiblioTech is the first-in-the-nation public library that is entirely digital.  The Dr. Ricardo Romo BiblioTech is also the first-in-the-nation and model public library co-located within a public housing development.
