COPS/Metro launch Living Wage campaign @ Church, 11-16

COPS/Metro, a broad-based organization of congregations, schools, neighborhood groups, and labor locals in San Antonio, will publicly launch a Living Wage and Economic Security campaign at their Leaders Fall Assembly at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Civic Center (2123 W. Commerce Street) on Sunday, November 16 at 4 p.m..

Bexar County Commissioners Paul Elizondo and Tommy Adkisson, Commissioner- Elect Tommy Calvert, Jr., and Mayoral candidate Mike Villarreal are scheduled to attend the Assembly. More than 300 community members are expected to gather at the Assembly.
