Back to School Supply Drive @ Gilbert Garza Community, 8-24

I invite everyone to join us for our Back To School Supply Drive at the Gilbert Garza Community Center, located at 1450 Mira Vista. Beginning bright and early at 8 a.m, Police Chief Bill McManus and Assistant Fire Chief Mike Walsh will join me as we distribute over 250 bags filled with school supplies. Along with free school supplies, the children will have an opportunity to get a free haircut from stylists attending the Paul Mitchell School and the San Antonio Food Bank will also be there to provide healthy snacks to all the children.
