Ted Cruz beats Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst in runoff for Senate

Republican Ted Cruz is the victor in the Republican Primary for Texas Senate over Lt. Governor David Dewhurst. Cruz will face Democratic nominee Paul Sadler in November.
