Please note that if you are out of town during early voting and/or election day then you will need to request a ballot by mail and have your ballot mailed to an address outside your county in which you reside.
To be eligible to vote early by mail in Texas, you must:
- Be 65 years or older;
- Be disabled;
- Be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance
Important Info: Again, if you are out of town during early voting and election day then you will need to request a ballot by mail using the steps above and have it sent to an address outside of the county you live in.
