Sister Martha Ann Kirk, Th.D. (photo) will speak of her experiences in Iraq.
She is a professor at the University of the Incarnate Word and recently returned from Iraq where she got information from over a hundred people. Persons inspired by the work of Fethullah Gülen, a leading Muslim international voice in interfaith dialogue and education, have substantially contributed to peace in that area.
Copies of Islam and Peacebuilding, by renowned scholar John Esposito will be available for purchase. Esposito's book cites Sister Martha Ann's research. Come and hear this powerful presentation and learn of the Institute of Interfaith Dialogue
