We want to invite you to join us on Wednesday, December 9th from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. for Bexar County and University Health System 9th annual Small/Minority/Women and Veterans Business Owners Conference at the Freeman Coliseum, 3201 E. Houston Street in San Antonio.

We will have multiple speakers informing you on how to manage or grow a successful business, how to gain access to capital and do business with Federal, state and local agencies, corporations and the US Army and Air Force.

You will also get information how to bid and respond to RFP's. From 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., we will have available a Procurement Exhibit Hall with Billions of dollars in contracting opportunities for commodities, goods, services, construction and professional services. Exhibitors will offer you Financial & Technical Assistance. Stop by the Dell Technology Center to find bids online.

Obtain SMWBE/HUB /DBE /SBA Certification assistance. Visit with the US Small Business Administration, ACCION Texas, the Workforce Solutions Alamo Business Resource Center, and the state HUB Program. We will also have a Veterans Business Center dedicated to those who have served in the armed forces. This will educate you on what is available exclusively to Veterans. We provide information about the SBA Patriot Express Loan, Marketing and Presentation Skills, Teaming for Success in Federal Contracting and the Service - Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business Program.

As you can see we have a full day of educating you on what is available to you start or maintain a successful business. Admission is free and lunch will be provided. There will be over 140 public and private sector buyers exhibiting that are looking for you. That's right, there is over $15 billion in funding from these companies looking to sign contracts with business that meet the criteria's listed above.
