L-R: Last year's event featuring Linda Chavez Thompson
NEBCD will hold our “Dining With Democrats” fund raiser once again at the Ft. Sam Houston Golf Club, 1060 Harry Wurzbach Road, on Friday, April 3rd starting at 6 p.m., this year celebrating the 15th anniversary of the NEBCD.
Our featured speaker will be Senator Leticia Van De Putte. We’ll also enjoy a reception, silent and live auctions, an encore performance by “Ben Franklin and Friends Defend the Constitution with the Green Mountain Volunteers" and a media tribute to 15 years of NEBCD and Bexar County politics.
You can look forward to a fun-filled occasion as we celebrate in the early days of a new Democratic administration in the White House.
Sponsorships at various levels are available.
The club’s founders and charter members established the organization in 1994 in the wake of the wave of Republican victories in statewide elections. Since then NEBCD has worked to inform, educate, organize, and mobilize Democrats in northeast Bexar County to get Democratic candidates elected to office at all levels.
