Rededication of the Lady Justice Fountain draws on-lookers

Rededication of the Lady Justice Fountain, @ the Bexar County Courthouse drew a large crowd, Dec. 7th on the North Lawn.

Honored Guests included: Mayor Phil Hardberger, Ronald & Karen Herrmann, & Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court Wallace Jefferson. The Sculpture was designed by artist Gilbert Barrera.
