State Democratic Party Chair Boyd Richie was re-elected as State Chair by a substanial margin over two challengers, San Antonian David van Os & Houstonian Roy Laverne Brooks, Saturday, June 7th @ the Austin Convention Center.

Richie received 65 % of the vote cast, while Van Os received 19% & Brooks received 16 % of the 6-thousand delegates casting those votes.
