The "Taste" menu includes assorted gumbos, red beans and rice, shrimp Creole, etoufee, shrimp kabob, jambalaya, Cajun catfish, soft shell crab, crab au gratin, crab rolls, fresh crawfish boil, boudin, beignets and a host of other tasty treats.
