Senator Ted Kennedy to Campaign in San Antonio for Barack Obama

Laurie Auditorium, Trinity University, Thursday, February 21st

Doors Open: 12:15 p.m.

Hosted by the College Democrats at Trinity and Students for Barack Obama

Senator Edward M. Kennedy will campaign across South Texas and talk with voters about why Barack Obama is the best candidate to bring fundamental change to Washington. After the rally, be sure to do the "Texas Two Step" to the Bexar County Justice Center (1138 East Commerce St) for early voting!

In endorsing Obama, Senator Kennedy said, "I am convinced we can reach our goals only if we are 'not petty when our cause is so great'-- only if we find a way past the stale ideas and stalemate of our times - only if we replace the politics of fear with the politics of hope - and only if we have the courage to choose change. Barack Obama is the one person running for President who can bring us that change."

Doors open at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, February 21st. This event is free and open to the public and seats will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.
