"Mystery Reader" is revealed as Councilman Rodriguez

Councilman Justin Rodriguez joined the students and faculty of Oak Hills Terrace Elementary as a guest reader for their "Mystery Reader" program.

Reading the book, That's Not Fair! Emma Tenayuca's Struggle for Justice, Councilman Justin Rodriguez shared this true story about Emma Tenayuca with students through their live broadcast classroom TV system.

Councilman Justin Rodriguez also donated a special, signed copy of the book to the school library.
