TURF to announce a new lawsuit

San Antonio, TX, Monday, October 22nd – In what could change the way toll roads are decided and approved in Bexar County, TURF will file and announce a new lawsuit in Federal Court to put the power back in the hands of the People.

TURF recently scored a victory in State Court in a different lawsuit (http://texasturf.org) against members of the Texas Transportation Department and Transportation Commission. The lawsuit to be announced Monday is a new case that cuts to the heart of how toll roads are approved.

TURF will hold a press conference with TURF attorneys announcing lawsuit to bring greater accountability to taxpayers in toll road decisions, Monday, October 22nd @ 1 p.m. at the Via Metro Center, 1021 San Pedro.
