Minority Enterprise Development Week kick off

Monday, Oct. 22, the Minority Business Enterprise Center at UTSA's Institute for Economic Development will kick off Minority Enterprise Development Week with a meet & greet for the Minority Entrepreneurs of the Year.

Since 1983, the San Antonio Minority Business Enterprise Center has gathered the city's leading business leaders, entrepreneurs and policy makers to recognize the contributions that San Antonio's nearly 40,000 minority-owned businesses have made in the community.

Monday's meet & greet is scheduled for 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the Durango Building Southwest Room at the UTSA Downtown Campus.

Other events include: Micro Lenders Breakfast, 23 OCT Awards Luncheon, 25 OCT Women's Leadership Luncheon, 26 Oct.
