The Diez Y Seis Parade brought out the Westside, as numerous floats like the Bexar County Democratic Party entry decorated and provided by Bexar County Sheriff Candidate Larry Ricketts & his staff, marching bands, and an assortment of groups walked or rode down Guadalupe Street and on to Zarzamora carrying elected officials, dignitaries and excited residents celebating Mexican Independence Day, a day early, September 15th.
