South Central Texas Democratic Pachanga

You and your organization are cordially invited to the South-Central Texas Democratic Pachanga hosted by the Young Democrats of Texas Lutheran University and the Democratic Party of Guadalupe County.

We would like your organization to have the opportunity to address the crowd and provide information about what you do and how they can join. The rally will host, as feature speakers, Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate, Texas Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice, Fourth Court of Appeals.

The invited attendees will be Democrats and others from our neighboring counties, including Comal, Hays, Kendall, Bexar, Caldwell, Gonzales, and Wilson. In addition, representatives from many other statewide clubs will be presenting their organizations to all attendees.

The reason for this rally is to highlight our qualified Democratic Candidates, to expound on the Democratic values that we believe in, and that they are working hard to retain.

The rally will be held at the TLU Student Activity Center in Jackson Park from 1 p.m. -4 p.m. on Saturday September 15th. Speeches will be scheduled for a stage inside the actual activity building. If the attendance exceeds inside capacity (400), a connecting outside stage is available with no loss in audio/sound quality.

The air-conditioned activity building will be available to the candidates and their staff, media, invited VIP’s (including County Chairs and CEC’s), and any State and SDEC party members. Hotdogs (Beef & Veggie) will be provided free throughout the event to any and all attendees. Sodas and bottled water will be available for .50 & .25 respectively.

Your attendance would be greatly welcome. I ask that you call me to RSVP, for more details and to schedule your speaking time. My office telephone is 830 914-2903. Mobile telephone is 210 416-9876. Email is http://democratic_chair@yahoo.com .

Respectfully yours,

Anthony Bazan
County Chair
