Enrique Barrera is a great man that passed on to the next phase of his life with the same degree of dignity and grace with which he lived his life. He touched the lives of all he encountered and commanded respect and admiration. He was a true teacher in every sense of the word who sought to empower others when so many seek only to empower themselves. He will be missed greatly but I will strive to honor his memory by serving the community he dedicated his life to improving. I can never thank Mr. Barrera enough for all he has done for me. He showed faith in me I probably never deserved, but I can only hope I earned during my time with him. Thank you so much, I love you and I know you are in a better place free from pain. May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family.
