The Rotary Club of San Antonio at the Dominion met at the Dominion Club House for their weekly lunch that featured speaker Army Col. (ret) Dr. Bill Rasco, Executive Director of the Bexar County Hospital Foundation. Rasco spoke on the role of medicine in the local economy.
