Braving the elements, and throwing caution to the wind , a cross section of San Antonio residents turned out to see Guerra roasted by his media peers, mentors, politicans and friends who knew him over 40 years. Even his younger sister Marta Flores shared stories that brought laughter and tears to the audience.

The Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance sponsored the 60th Birthday and Celebrity Roast of Carlos Guerra to raise money for the Alliance.
