Fundraiser luncheon for Lourdes Galvan

L-R: Galvan political sign, Lourdes Galvan,
District 5 candidate

Fundraiser for Lourdes Galvan Campaign at Petroleum Club

You are cordially invited to be a sponsor for a fundraising luncheon at noon on Tuesday, May 29th, at the Petroleum Club to meet with City Council District 5 candidate, Lourdes Galvan.

We are in a new cycle for City Council elections and each of you may contribute up to $500 to the Lourdes Galvan campaign. Please excuse this method of inviting you to participate, but time is short and the election is on June 12th.

Endorsed by the San Antonio Express News, in a crowded field of 6 candidates, Lourdes garnered 45% of the vote and has the overwhelming support of her District. (see below for a partial list of endorsements)

I've met with Lourdes and supported her in this past election. I was favorably impressed with her commitment to bring economic development to her District and San Antonio. Remember, what is good for small business is good for big business. She is a consensus builder with leadership experience at the national, state and local level.

She is an advocate of small business development, job growth and an increased quality of life for all of San Antonio. She supported and worked for passage of the Bond issues. She wants to work with Mayor Phil Hardberger. Lourdes is open to new ideas, believes in listening to all sides and will make an excellent City Councilwoman for District 5.

Again, I hope to see you on May 29th (Tuesday) for this very important luncheon with Lourdes. Please let me hear from you as soon as possible. Kindest Regards,
