Herrera conducts District 6 Town Hall Meeting

District 6 Councilwoman Delicia Herrera held a Town Hall Meeting-How to Protest the Appraised Value of your Property, Monday, April 30th at Oliver W. Holmes High School cafeteria. The event was her 2nd annual information discussion on how to protest the appraised property values.
