Only two candidates filed for the San Antonio City Council District 4 for the May 12th election. They include: Manuel Navarro & Philip Cortez. Only Cortez attended the drawing for placement on the ballot. He will be listed second on the ballot.
Cortez served as an aide to former Mayor Ed Garza & Navarro is a program coordinator.
