Our District has always been home to me-the Valley...Laredo...San Antonio. My family is from Laredo. My first two years were in the Colonia Guadalupe and I grew up in San Antonio.

After proudly serving our country in the Air Force during Viet Nam, I studied and received my law degree at St. Mary's University.

For the past thirty years, I have lived and practiced law in the Valley...and now, with your support, I would like to be your voice as your Congressman from our District 28!
