I believe that we need to all come together as Democrats and state our common ideals and objectives. Democrats need to unite and find common ground that we ALL can agree upon.

Then people will KNOW who we are and what we want to accomplish. It takes guts! I have listed some of my ideals for this list of 15 agenda items-a plan of action.

I would like to come up with a list or plan of action that every Democrat could get behind-including every Congressman, Senator and Governor. What do you think? Look at my list-what would you change or add?

Reinstate the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Roll back the tax breaks for the rich, the top 1%.

Pass economic legislation that will be equitable for all people.

Raise the minimum wage.

Construct an education plan that will provide for all people, one that disregards race, religious beliefs and economic status.

Take severe action against poverty.

Maintain the importance of "separation of church and state" and be straight forward about our personal beliefs.

Ethics and morals are the backbone of our Democratic Ideals-talk about them and take action to reform our Ethics Rules in Congress and Campaign Finance guidelines. Reduce the influence of money in government.

Democrats do not like Abortion-no one does. Abortion needs limitations, but not elimination. This is a moral issue. It is an ethical issue and it is a Women’s Rights issue.

Peace on earth is our goal. Let’s plan on Peace and have a plan to end the War.

We need Affordable Health Care and Prescription Drug Programs available to all Americans.

Immigration laws need to be re-worked and then strictly enforced.

All men and women are created equal-gay & lesbians, disabled, handicapped, Black, Hispanic, Asian, poor and the uneducated. We must protect their rights.

Make a stand against the Oil companies.

Implement real environmental safeguards for us and our children.
